Kasco Marine C-25  120V GFCI Control Box

Kasco's C-25 GFCI Control Box is a standard component included in the 1400JF, 2400VFX, 3400VFX, 3400JF, and 4400VFX Floating Aerating Fountain packages and is optional with any 120V Pond Aerator or Water Circulator. The C-25 is a plug-and-go model control box that is customer installable for quick and easy set-up, no hard wiring is necessary.

C-25 features

• 24-hour timer
• GFCI protection
• (Photoeye -Turns lights on at dusk.) Photoelectric controlled outlet for the LR-275 or LR-375 Lighting Packages, as well as the LED Light Ring lighting package for the 1400JF.
• The GFCI, 15 amp circuit is designed to protect you and your equipment.

NOTE: No one should ever enter the water with electrical equipment in operation or even plugged into the control panel or outlet. It is essential that the GFI breaker is tested once a month to ensure proper operation. Check instructions for procedure.

C-25 TIMER CONTROL INSTRUCTIONS
Portable Timer with Ground Fault Interrupter
(UNIT: 9.8 FLA, 58.8 LRA 120 VAC
LIGHT: 300 W, 120 VAC)

IMPORTANT
This portable timer is designed for CONTROLLING the connected equipment only. Unplug timer before
servicing the unit or the equipment it controls. THIS SWITCH IS NOT TO BE USED AS A POWER
DISCONNECT! For maximum protection against electrical shock hazard, perform test procedure on
G.F.C.I. at least once a month. Mount at least 5 ft. from open water.

TIMER-OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

C-25 Control box will turn the aerator/fountain ON & OFF with the Timer. Kasco lights will turn ON
with the Photo Eye and OFF with Timer. C-25 Control box is to be used with Kasco Approved Lights
ONLY!
1. Insert “ON” (GREEN) and “OFF” (RED) trippers into dial at desired ON and OFF
times.
2. Turn dial clockwise one or more revolutions until correct time-of-day (AM or PM) in
window is aligned with arrow.
3. Plug aerator/fountain cord into the RIGHT hand outlet (labeled PUMP).
4. Plug transformer cord into LEFT hand outlet (labeled LIGHT).
5. Set Transformer Timer dial to be ON 24 hours per day. (Lights will then run on the
Photo Eye on C-25.)
